Architectural PVB Film
PVB film (Polyvinyl butyral) is a resin mostly used for applications that require strong binding, optical clarity, adhesion to many surfaces, toughness and flexibility. It is prepared from polyvinyl alcohol by reaction with butyraldehyde. The major application is laminated safety glass for building and automobile windshields.

appearance |
The surface is flat without scratch; wrinkles or adhesion is not allowed. |

Crystal point, water wave |
The crystal points, dimension is less than 2mm, are not allowed to exist intensively; no water marks are visible. |

The point of the diameter is 0. 5mm Defects are densely populated (Note 1), and each densely populated area is considered to be a defect with a diameter > 0.5 mm. The type and location of the defect should be stated in the packing list. |
